1. Where is your loading port?
We are located in Nantong city,Jiangsu province and we deliver the containers from Shanghai port.

2. What's your payment term?
Generally,we accept 30% downpayment and balance paid by TT before loading.It is negotiable.

3. Does your product have warranty service? How long is the warranty period?
Yes,generally our warranty is 12 months from the date of commissioning at the project site against factory defects, no more than 18 months after shipment.

4. How to deal with the steel frame surface of the parking system?
The steel frame can be painted or galvanized based on customers' requests.
