Recently, the electric bicycle intelligent garage equipment independently developed and manufactured by Shougang Chengyun passed the acceptance inspection and was officially put into service in Yinde Industrial Park, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. Guided by technological innovation and supported by green and zero carbon products, Shougang's products have achieved rapid transformation and landing of research and development achievements, opening up a new track for the non motorized vehicle garage industry.
The project is located in Yinde Industrial Park, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. It is a 4-storey vertical circulation and 3-storey circular tower intelligent three-dimensional garage, covering an area of 187 square meters and providing 156 parking spaces, which can meet the parking needs of electric bicycles such as Mobike, OFO, Hello, and all new national standard electric bicycles for household use.
The designer responsible for the project equipment, Zhou Chun, introduced that the garage has a high level of intelligence. After being put into use, customers can access the car with one click in multiple modes through a mobile app or the garage's intelligent operating terminal system. Car pickup can be scheduled through the mobile app, while car storage only requires pushing the electric bicycle into a fixed slot, clicking the corresponding button, and the sensing device in the slot will automatically recognize the vehicle information and store it for parking. The operation is simple and very convenient.
The garage adopts a design scheme that combines vertical circulation and circular tower mechanical parking equipment. Among them, the vertical circulation electric bicycle mechanical parking equipment is designed with a unique "suspended basket" electric bicycle carrying platform, and more than ten safety technologies including vehicle anti overturning device, chain breakage protection device, lifting anti shaking mechanism, and various limit detection have been developed, achieving multiple protections for equipment, vehicles, personnel, and other aspects. It is the first of its kind in China and fills the gap in this technology field.
The project leader Wang Jing said, "In the early stages of the construction of Yinde Industrial Park, there was no dedicated area for parking electric bicycles, which made it extremely inconvenient for employees to store their electric bicycles for commuting. After the intelligent parking garage is put into use, it will greatly alleviate the parking pressure in the industrial park, facilitate centralized management of the park and the commuting of employees. The novel and unique appearance is integrated with the surrounding buildings, making the electric bicycle garage a beautiful scenery
The successful acceptance of the project marks Shougang Chengyun's practice of low-carbon concept, assistance in green travel, guided by technological innovation and market demand, achieving a breakthrough in the new product of electric bicycle intelligent garage from "zero" to "one". In the future, Shougang Chengyun will continue to adhere to the principle of "one leading and two integrating", anchor established goals and repeatedly charge forward to ensure the completion of annual target tasks.
